Innovation in conveyor technology: The webinar about our conveyor roller configurator

In this webinar, Denis Handschuh, sales representative in Germany, presents the unique conveyor roller configurator. This digital tool makes planning and designing rollers much easier.

Unique possibilities for design and planning

The conveyor roller configurator offers users a number of advantages:

  • More than 2,000 conveyor rollers are available for individual configuration.
  • CAD data can be downloaded free of charge in various formats – as 2D drawings or 3D models.
  • Direct enquiries can be conveniently made via the configurator.

The webinar clearly showed how the right conveyor roller can be found with just a few clicks and how quickly CAD models are available for your own planning.

The product range at a glance

A central part of the webinar is the presentation of our diverse range of conveyor rollers:

  • Gravity conveyor rollers for light and heavy applications, from container rollers to pallet rollers.
  • Driven conveyor rollers with chain or belt drive, depending on requirements for robustness or smooth running.
  • Conical conveyor rollers for the safe transport of piece goods in curved areas, available with or without drive.
  • Special conveyor rollers, which are custom-made on request.

In addition, the differences between the individual series are explained, for example in terms of bearing type, diameter or load capacity. This gives participants a comprehensive overview of the wide range of possible applications.

Step by step through the configurator

A highlight of the webinar is the live demonstration of the configurator. It shows how

  1. a support roller is selected from the range,
  2. all relevant parameters such as length, diameter or drive are adjusted,
  3. and the finished models can then be downloaded directly.

In addition, Denis Handschuh demonstrates how the product preview can be used to rotate the roller, zoom in and check the dimensions.
