Products
Multi Angle Ball Sorter

Application
The MABS is used in automated conveyor systems to accurately and gently eject products at high throughput rates. It is ideal for sorting lines, picking lines and conveyor belt merging points.
System
The MABS is a fully motorised 24VDC ejector without pneumatic components. It uses Itoh Denki's POWER MOLLER technology and can be easily integrated into existing conveyor systems.
Multiple MABS units can be combined to transport products of various sizes (from 100 × 150 mm, up to 30 kg). Compatible with F-RAT NX for advanced sorting solutions.
Positioning
It enables flexible ejection to the left or right at angles of 30°, 45° or 90°. Its non-stop transfer sequence prevents bottlenecks in the material flow.
Drive
The drive is powered entirely by 24 VDC motors. No pneumatics are required, which simplifies installation and maintenance and reduces operating costs.
Width
From 398 mm to 798 mm – suitable for various conveyor frames and product sizes.
Height
Only 175 mm, ideal for use in overhead or multi-storey conveyor systems.
Surface
Protected module surfaces reduce the risk of injury and enable safe operation in working environments with close contact to the conveyor.
Turning unit

Use
Transfer of the material to be conveyed to various conveyor systems in the same direction of conveyance.
To turn the material to be conveyed in any direction for the next processing steps.
System
A ball bearing turntable is used as the turning unit. Rotation can be carried out manually or power-driven.
