KRAUS was commissioned to build a lifting table that raises and lowers the stone floor in front of the altar. The lifting table is kept lowered during the periods when there are no church services. This lowered floor informs the church visitors of the liturgy free periods.
This ambitious architectronic project was possible through the use of an individualized KRAUS lifting table solution. This project was one of the most extraordinary undertaken by KRAUS.
In addition to the holy mass, unforgettable concerts are held in the Mariendom in Linz. Numerous visitors annually make the pilgrim to Austria’s largest church.
